The world-renowned Première Vision Paris has recently concluded. As a trend barometer for the global fashion industry, PV brings together designers, purchasing and supply chain leaders from luxury and contemporary brands worldwide. It serves as a key gateway for sustainable new materials to enter the international fashion market.

ZAKER took its brand global, bringing its premium plant-based brand FLORAVARA™ to the Paris show. The company demonstrated the innovative strength of Chinese plant-based leather to the global fashion community.

Traceability, Certification & Delivery

Unlike domestic exhibitions, which focus on sample review and selection, Première Vision Paris operates more in a due-diligence context. When brand representatives and buyers from France, Italy, the Middle East and other regions stop by the booth, their eyes are often drawn to the ISCC+ certification mark. They then move straight to core questions:

• What is the origin of the plant-based raw materials, and can proof of non-food crop status be provided?
• Are batch-wise hazardous substance test reports available?
• What is the shortest advance time from sampling to mass production delivery?

Our team brought the technical documentation of plant-based waterborne polyurethane, walking visitors through material handfeel, process feasibility and implementation pathways one by one.

These face-to-face exchanges brought us not only dozens of preliminary cooperation intentions, but also a demand map of real pain points in the European market: brands pursue sustainability without compromising tactile experience; they embrace plant-based materials while requiring stable industrial-grade performance.

FLORAVARA™ sits right at the intersection of these two priorities.

From the Booth to the Market: Bring Back Something More Valuable Than Orders

The exhibition has concluded. Alongside stacks of business cards and sample feedback forms in our luggage lies a weightier gain: a renewed understanding of material selection logic within the international fashion supply chain.

We have deeply observed that the guiding impact of EU green regulations is elevating sustainability from a competitive bonus to a market access prerequisite. For Chinese material enterprises competing globally, the core advantage is no longer merely cost competitiveness, but shared technical language and mutual recognition of certification systems.

This trip to Paris marks FLORAVARA™'s debut in the mainstream global fashion community. Moving forward, we will optimize our products and refine multilingual technical documentation based on the overseas requirements gathered during the show, enabling international customers to integrate our solutions more smoothly into their material selection processes.
