We Redefine Green—from Material Origins to Manufacturing Floor
At ZAKER, we build a closed-loop system for sustainable synthetic leather. Every step—from raw material sourcing to end application—is guided by core principles of low carbon, non-toxicity, and renewability. Sustainability is not just a feature of our product—it’s embedded in our culture and industrial responsibility.
Sustainable Materials
Uses renewable raw materials such as industrial corn, natural oils, glycerin, and bio-fermentation products.
Uses agricultural waste such as coffee grounds, coconut shells, and bagasse as fillers.
All products are animal-free, plasticizer-free, and phthalate-free.
Biochar content is as high as 70% or more, and some products are biodegradable.
Clean Manufacturing System
ZAKER adopts dry processing with no additional water use, operates a ZLD water recycling system, and applies solar power. By 2025, we aim for 100% renewable energy. Heat recovery systems improve efficiency by over 20%. No VOCs, no hazardous waste.
ESG & Circularity
Zero cruelty
Traceable bio-based raw material sourcing chain
Participation in clients’ ESG goals (e.g., ZARA and H&M’s green initiatives)
Use of multiple recyclable raw materials (e.g., fillers and base fabrics)
Future plan to join the Carbon Neutral Certification Alliance
Our Pledge
At ZAKER, we believe that materials are more than physical things—they carry responsibility. Through a dual approach of “green + performance,” we help global brands build a new world of materials—responsible, sustainable, and beautifully designed.
