We Redefine Green—from Material Origins to
Manufacturing Floor
ZAKER New Materials is committed to creating a closed-loop ecosystem for sustainable synthetic leather. From raw material selection to product application, every step of the process adheres to the core principles of carbon reduction, non-toxicity, and renewable resources. We believe that sustainability is not only a product attribute, but also a fusion of corporate culture and industrial responsibility.
Sustainable Materials
1. Uses renewable raw materials such as industrial corn, natural oils, glycerin, and bio-fermentation products.
2. Using agricultural waste such as coffee grounds, coconut shells, and bagasse as fillers.
3. All products are animal-free, plasticizer-free, and phthalate-free.
4. Biochar content is as high as 70%+, and some products are biodegradable.
Clean Manufacturing System
1. Utilizes a dry process, eliminating the need for additional production water.
2. A clean water circulation system achieves Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD).
3. Establishes a solar power supply system, projected to achieve self-sufficiency by 2025.
4. Systematically utilizes heat recovery equipment, increasing energy efficiency by over 20%.
5. No exhaust emissions or hazardous chemical waste.
ESG & Circularity
1. Zero cruelty
2. Traceable bio-based raw material sourcing chain
3. Participation in client ESG goals (e.g., ZARA and H&M's green initiatives)
4. Multiple recyclable raw materials (e.g., fillers/base fabrics)
5. Future plans to join the Carbon Neutral Certification Alliance
